"WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Within fifteen minutes of requesting help from Service Magic, they identified Alexander Service. Within 10 minutes from when I called Alexanders', I had an appointment time for the job. The service person arrived, performed the repair and was gone by one o'clock. Five hours. That's the way service companies and agencies should respond. I also received the names of two other companies later that day. One was small and the other was a major player in the appliance repair field. The small one complained about being notified late. From what I understand about Service Magic, the requests for interest go out to all at the same time. I suggest that if these companies want to play in the rapid response arena, they assign a person to watch the game. Both Service Magic and Alexanders' must be commended for the support. I will definitely bookmark both companies in my computer for further assistance. Job well done folks!!!!!!!!"
